Ceramic coating creates a semi-permanent protective layer over your paintwork that repels water, dirt and contaminants. Unlike traditional wax, a properly applied ceramic coating can last two to three years or more, making your vehicle easier to maintain and keeping it looking sharper for longer between washes.

Our ceramic coating is applied as part of our enhancement and correction packages. The £350 Single Stage Enhancement includes one layer of professional ceramic coating after machine polishing. The £500 Double Stage Enhancement includes two layers — a base coat and a top coat — for maximum durability and depth. Both packages begin with full decontamination, clay bar treatment and paint correction to ensure the coating bonds to a refined, defect-free surface. Application is carried out in controlled conditions, with appropriate curing time managed before the vehicle is exposed to weather.
We cover Stamford, Peterborough, Cambridge and Rutland as our core service areas, plus the wider East Anglia region. How long does ceramic coating last?
A single layer of professional ceramic coating typically lasts two to three years. Our double-stage package with two layers provides even longer-lasting protection. Real-world durability depends on washing habits, exposure and maintenance.
Can ceramic coating be applied mobile?
Yes. We apply ceramic coating on-site as part of our enhancement and correction packages. The coating is applied in controlled conditions and the vehicle must remain dry during the initial curing period (typically 12-24 hours).
What are the benefits of ceramic coating?
Ceramic coating provides a hydrophobic (water-repelling) finish, UV protection, resistance to chemical staining, easier cleaning and enhanced gloss. It significantly reduces the effort needed to maintain your vehicle.
Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
Ceramic coating provides a hard, sacrificial layer that resists light contamination and chemical staining. It does not prevent stone chips or deep scratches — for that level of protection, paint protection film (PPF) is required.
Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?
Yes. Any swirl marks or defects present before coating will be locked in underneath. Our enhancement packages include the correction stage before coating, ensuring the best possible base for application.
How do I maintain a ceramic-coated car?
